Flemington Project

Cobalt-Scandium-Nickel

Our Flemington Project is a direct continuation of the world-class Sunrise Project being developed by Clean TeQ Holdings Limited, with the two projects separated only by a tenement boundary.

Australian Mines is acquiring 100% of Flemington, located 370 kilometres west of Sydney in New South Wales, with the Project representing a second potential cobalt production source in the medium term.

The initial cobalt Mineral Resource release for the project identified 89 million tonnes of ore at an expected average feed grade of 0.11% cobalt and 0.80% nickel, with opportunity to significantly increase this given the existing Resource covers only 1% of the interpreted prospective host geology.

A Mining Lease application has been submitted for Flemington and environmental studies commenced. The Project benefits from a secured, permanent water allocation to support a future mining operation.

We are establishing a regional office in the nearby town of Parkes to support Australian Mines’ field operations ahead of the commencement of a Pre-Feasibility Study on the Project and to reiterate the company’s recruitment principles of preferentially employing from the local community.
